1) And if it doesn't fit me?

We will gladly change for your size. All you have to do is contact us with the information and let us know that you will be shipping back and what size you want. We only charge shipping costs incurred for the 2nd shipping. Remember, all returns need prior authorization. Customers are expected to choose correct color and size. We are available to answer any questions on the phone or via e-mail prior to your purchase.

2) Can my order be shipped FedEx/UPS/, etc?

Sure, we will add the shipment cost to your total and charge to your credit card. Make sure to inform how fast you want the package delivered; otherwise we will send it 2nd day delivery. We will contact you prior to charging your card. Or will e-mail informing the total charged to your card.

3) Can you help me find my size?

If you are not comfortable in using one of the provided tables, please e-mail or give us a call so we can talk and find out what size suits you better

4) I'm looking for something that I don't find in your e-store.

We can order for your. Remember that we depend on availability at stores in Brazil. Sometimes items are discontinued. We will do our best to find the item you are looking for, and this will not cost you a penny more.

5) How long will it take for me to receive my package?

We try to process and ship all orders within 48 business hours, some delays may eventually happen .

If you live in the US, it should take less than a week from when it has been shipped, most times it takes less. You can upgrade for 2nd day delivery for just $13.

If you live outside the US, it usually takes between 5-14 days depending on the country and customs policies. Remember that all packages goes through your country customs and may take a few more days to clear, depending on your country customs policies and processing time.

Some items may be shipped from Brazil.

You can upgrade any shipment from Brazil to Express Shipping for just $60 (takes 5-6 business days). Express Mail Service is traceable and very reliable.

We are not responsible if you don't receive it or the item is damaged in transit. We use waterproof packages to prevent from items getting damaged.

6)What are your Return Policies?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days to return the item as long as it hasn't been worn and is in new condition. We refund your money less shipping costs.

7)And if I don't receive my package?

All orders shipped to the US via USPS with delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional and we charge actual cost. Delivery confirmation is a very reliable resource offered by the USPS. If the post office says it's been delivered, it means it has been delivered. Check with your roommate or the lease office to see if they have they package.

8)And if something happens to my gear?

We offer 30day warranty for manufacturing defects. Each case is analyzed separately in order to better serve. We cannot be held responsible for problems after a reasonable time.
